The good news club...

Most of you may not know but I failed the 1 hour glucose tolerance test and had to go back for the 3 hour test. They have had me on a diabetic diet and if I had gestational diabetes there was a chance that I could not deliver at the birth center. We were semi-upset because this is what we want and did not want to have to change the plan this late in the game. We had our regular two week check up yesterday and all four blood test results came back perfectly. You would have thought we had won the lottery with all the smiles and high fives!
Now we are just working on getting Ms. Gracie to flip. She (Jean) gave me several tips and techniques to entice her to do so and we still have plenty of time. But seeing as how she is in the same position she was last time we tried the 4D sono I don't hold out much hope that we will be seeing that sweet face this Saturday either.
Her Daddy is finished painting her room and it is so pretty. I just want to cry when I look in and think about my sweet baby being in there very soon!
We just feel so blessed!
Looks like I was right, Life is great in 2008.

you have to bribe them to flip. I had to do that with Reed and it worked. I would tell him everyday that if he go head-down for Mommy, then I would work thru all the pain and soreness to breastfeed him as long as he wanted. He only wanted it for three months but it was so worth it. Justin would sit with his mouth up to my belly and say, "you better go head-down for your momma, boy!"
