My uterus flipped me off.....
We had our first baby appointment on Friday, I was nearly 12 weeks so we just knew we would hear the baby's heartbeat and we were hugely excited! The appointment went well, everything looked good and I have lost a total of 12.5 pounds (go baby) EXCEPT she could not find the baby's heartbeat - and it was not for a lack of trying! So then she starts digging around and informs us that my uterus is flipped, which is what is causing the difficulty in hearing our baby. She assured us this is not a big deal and set us up for a sonogram this week - so, now we will get to see and hear our Chupy! I guess it's not all bad! Thanks a lot uterus!

I'm sad you guys didn't get to hear the baby, but how cool that you get an extra sonogram?! Let me know when it is and we can have our phone date and you can tell me all about it!
Awwww! I know you are disappointed, but like you say, it was not all bad...You get to have a sonogram picture/ Hope that goes well. Love, Mamaw
